Called RTA (NWS) and Dept. Transport in WA. There is no problem registering my car in both states. So this car can be registered in any state.

It is not like I am trying to cheat someone. It seems that Vicroads officer was not sure about laws in other states. So clearly this car can be registered in VIC, QLD and SA. Thanks for your expert advise. I am changing topic accordingly. Cheers

Can we please stop this discussion? The car was first registered in SA. Check the photo with modification label issue by Department of Transport SA. I asked VICROADS officer when I was registering the car in VIC 2 years ago and he said this car can be registered anywhere in Australia.

As I explained... it was registered in SA before I purchased... I confirmed with VICROADS inspector that this car can be registered in any state in Australia.

I bought the car from the guy in SA and brought over to Victoria and registered here. This car can be registered at any state as it is not re-shell EVO IV. From what I heard from the vehicle inspector from Vicroads and what I know, this car was originally imported by SA company as a part car...
