base ignition timing

Hi lads, My RVR HSG Auto is sitting at around 2deg BTDC with the timing check connector grounded with ~750RPM @ operating temp and no load in neutral. These don't have an adjustable C.A.S like the 6 bolt engines. How can I correct the base timing? I've adjusted the closed position TPS value...
