brake upgrde outlander evo4

Hey all, I'm just about to upgrade my brakes to EVO 4 spec, aka the Outlander upgrade. I've actually bought late model Lancer rotors as they are even closer is spec to a stock VR4 rotor than the Outlander, with the larger diameter of course. I don't have a drill press so was wondering if anyone...
