cop kit coils

I need advice. In the past 3 weeks I have managed to kill 2 stock coil packs and now 2 coils on a cop kit. Each time it has happened was directly after I've given the car a bootful then all of a sudden bang, cough, splutter. Sounds like its running on 2 cylinders, revs drop down to around...
