ecmtuning needed

Guys, I have sold a competition spec 4G63 bottom end and a ECMTuning chip for a VR4 to a guy in Perth. He says he cant find any one in Perth who is familiar with tuning these chips... and I certainly dont know any one I can recommend. Short of him flying me over to Perth from Adelaide, can any...
