factory options aftermarket

Hi ppl, I'm curious as to whether the HSG had factory options when they were purchased in Japan or if some stuff is model specific, for eg; My HSG has wood-grain dash trim and also the centre vents in the dash surround are wood-grained and also the gearstick shifter. I've seen a few others...
