what car was it original equi

I have been going through the shed and found an AFM the same shape as a 609 early evo type. I must have got in with stuff Ive bought over the years....but have no idea what its off. Anyone know? E5T06071 seems a common number when I Google it... Is it same frequency as 609? cheers Brian
