i have a 15" Venom sub in home made box tuned for deep bass, dont need it and its been sitting on my garage floor for a few months collecting dust and dog hairs, as i have gone for a 12" sub and custom install.

retail for the sub $120

$30 free box take it now !!!!!

the install is just simple 12" in the back of a GGSR on one side looks stock though..

the sub is..... CAT. NO. CS2345 but now the Sub is $50 new online....... i bought it 4 years ago and stayed in its box till i bought the GGSR and was $120 or close.... i'll get piks up soon......

they're not for the vr4 (too much extra weight :D ), they're for home.
Look up "Infinite baffle subwoofer" and you'll see what I'm planning on doing.

ahh been done...... then i dont suggest these subs, at a surtain resonance with out a seald box they hav a flutter effect due to the air port hole on the magnet at approx 30Hz i believe....... but if its all punchy and more then 30Hz then its allll good, the old Kicker or Cerwin Vega were AWSOME 15" subs ...... i recomend those

dont get me rong there GREAT cheap subz, but the design on the port hole on the double stack i believe should have been a tad bigger, grab a powerfull amp round 200W and a Frequency Generator set it up for 30 HZ or even less and you will see what i mean..... awsome subs when there seald but when there free to air, i dunno i have gone through 2 of these subs and they have both had the same problem. i believe the problem was the port hole was too small creating too much pressure inside the front cone causing back pressure, thus a fluttering noise at low resonance/frequency not allowing the cone to freely move....... they might have redesigned the new versions of these........ yet again it is DIY soo go nuts bro see how ya go! loved to see the finished product...

lol Bump for the SUB $30 anyone????

From your description, it sounds like port chuffing, the air velocity at low frequency/ high excursion is too great for the small diameter vent.
However, in my application where the subs are shoved up in the roof, it is unlikely to be audible anyway :D

ah good point, remember to re enforce the roof or your goin to have a hell of a blast putting it back together if the subs fall through lol...... take piks of the finished product !!!...... now your making me get back to being an AUDIOPHILE that was not a CHEAP hobby!!! lol

I just sold 2x15s and 4x12s that were goin into my gf's car :p

decided to stick with 4x10s

This is a cheap buy guys, get onto it :D
