2.3LT Stroker or VR4 Forged??

Hey Guys just wanna get some ideas.... just wonering what is better about the 2.3LT stroker and differance between a VR4 Forged motor any suggestions guys cheers...

Adding stroker will add more torque so be prepared to spend up when it comes to gearbox and driveline vs. straight 2L

What are you building the car for? Street, Drag or Track? Are you chasing big horsepower or just have a figure in your head of where you want to end up?

for a street car and general drivability on the road you cant go past a 2.3 imo.

even the 4G64 2.4LT block upgrade seems to be standard with the EVO5-9 community...
