4G15 engine....help

Can anyone tell me where can I found a 4G15 injection engine for my proton satria?
My engine is burning engine oil and engine check light is on.
the engine speed is very not stable when I haven't pust accelerator, can drop from 1000rpm to 0.....
I don't know should I replace the engine or rebuild it.
