4g63 check-up

I've pulled a 4g63 out of a GGSR, and it's sitting on my engine stand.
It's been reco'd approx 40,000km's ago.

Before i put it into my car, what are some things i should check up on while it's out?

- Spark plugs
- Belts
- ?????????????

ALL of the timing gear regardless of whether it was actually done prior.
Better to be safe than sorry and it's way easier to do it before the motor goes into the car

rip the rocker cover off, get new spark plug and rocker cover seal, clean the lifters while you're under there or replace with 3g's unless you like ticking.

Replace the rear main and any other seal you can get to.
