4G63 to 64 differences?

Hi all!!
Im venturing to the dark side of the 4G6X engines and need abit of advice...what are the differences between 4G63 and 64 pistons? Im aware there are bore differences but not sure in which way also woulf i be able to use the pistons listed to suit and 4G64 bottom end and 63 head but with the sohc head?

I am fairly sure that TC pistons are ok in a SOHC 8V head as they are not an interference head.
