4G63T ENGINE, LOOM AND ECU

Hi guys chasing a motor with an ecu and loom for the nimbus i just bought. I know i should be finishing the VR4 but i need a daily thats fun to drive.

Motor can suit rebuild as it will give me an excuse to have it forged. Im only planing on bolt ons so a stock ecu will be fine.

Will start a build thread on the nimbus soon.

I would suggest late evo ecu upgrade tho.

Hey jack, after my frankinvr4 engine set up i just want a nonsense transplant so that one day if i need to rebuild it i can source ebay lol.

Having said that can you tell me more about the repiston evo rvr head.

Initially i dont want to spend big right away with machining and forged parts so a doner car is what im looking at.

There is a suggestion that the exhaust manifold is the same flange pattern as the turbo.
check that.
if it is, jam a manifold and a 14g on the na 2.4 and convert to a late ecu.
Run 8psi into the sohc na.

As much as jack wants me to do the 2.4 i think i want the no fuss option of the 4g63.

Having said that i will take a blown motor to suit rebuild if anyonw has one.
