Is a big16g flange same as T3?

No... Mitsu flanges face north/south, Garrett flanges face east/west.

yep its the only differance the flange can be chopped off and a mitsu flange welded on

Does this fit ok with a Koyo Radiator on a evo 3 ?
Does the flange of the wastegate fit a 44mm tial on it?
or its for bigger gates?

dont know i dont have a koyo radiator on my car
it has a 60mm pipe so i doubt it will fit i will add the 60mm gate if it will make the sale better
