Jarreds having problems with peoples emails.

I was banned.. by MISGSR.. as there are only two admins.. GSRWRC and MISGSR

No reason given.. I think its cos she has been a 'supporter' of meek for many years and its obvious that i and meek dont get along.

Bad day blue's and pissed about the comment as Im building a major conversion and its very labor intesive and just thought it was a stab at me,
I dont see very many people going to the effort a very small handfull of guys here in australia have done doing such massive conversions for what ever reason they want to do it.
If you had read the text along with the post you wouldnt have asked such a question.

Liberoz: I was just having a look at your post about the libero awd conversion, and it seemed to me it would've been alot less mucking about to swap the entire floorpan from the firewall back, rather than swapping bits n pieces one at a time.

Just curious why you chose to do it that way?

Don't you mean swap the whole chassis? (cut and shut style?) From what I know of this partticular conversion, the floorpan itself is not altered.

That might be the case, I dunno, Chris and I were actually invited to join the forum.
But maybe she (misgsr) dislikes Jstyle for other reasons? Who knows? He (Jstyle) has not been publicly giving us (Meek and me) any grief for some time now.

Structural integrity over all was the decision for doing it this way
cut and shut will not come to the standard Im looking for with the purpose of why its been built.

It has to be engineered, certified and cams registered when its finished.

Yes I could of imported one for race rally rego only for a deadicated track car but this way I get to drive it on the street :twisted: I have been on this project for over 4 years and Ive just planned to do it all in stages as it is a street driven car.

Chassis/floorpan - it's a monocoque design so their essentially the same thing aren't they?

I know in lancers & galants the tunnel is larger on 4wd versions, i'd expect the libero to be the same.

either way, If done right it shouldn't be a problem, just seems easier to get the rear geometry right that way *shrug*
