Hey Ross...I have had several of the 4 g93 sumos leak around the gussets. I uses sikaflex to cure it.,,,just cleaned the sump while it was off and smeared it around the gusset on the outside. The leak seems to come through the bolts and get between the layers

Brian, is the Sikaflex not set when you put the sump back on?
