Active ECS

Could anyone please provide information about repairing or restoring a active ECS system. Also info about the system. Google hasnt helped much for me
I would like it to work again in the Galant.
Cost wise, time, etc.

The struts very commonly fail/leak, this then causes the pumps to over work and stuff up.

Alright. Ill check the pumps soon.
Right now i want to fix the lifters (im hoping) and gearbox. Also considering to do a timing belt and such since lifters probably need replacing.
