Aftermarket Fuel Filter + Upgraded Feed

Hey everyone,

How many of you out there have upgraded your firewall mounted fuel filters and the line going to the rail?

I saw a -6an kit in the U.S that looks great, but with shipping it's going to come in at around $250 delivered which is a bit much. http://www.extremepsi.com/store/product.php?productid=21516&cat=1559&page=1

Has anyone compiled their own parts locally? I can find most of the fittings/line/filter no worries but am stuck on the actual fuel rail inlet fitting. Without having to get one from the states, does anyone have a hook up here in Aus?? This is the bit I need:

I just had a -6 fitting welded to the end of the factory rail, alternatively you could go an aftermarket rail that accepts -6.

I would prefer to keep the rail factory- when the fitting was welded on- was it true -6 all t he way through the fitting?

Tbh Micks Motorsports did it. So I'd imagine so. Alternatively I suppose u could use a threaded fitting and machine it into the rail. That was the setup on previous rail.

Only changed cos it had a -4 on the return
