Thought I might start a list of bits we can get as aftermarket parts (ie; non-genuine parts) designed for our RVR.

Water Pump (Same as Nimbus) = Coventry CWP3094
I found out the waterpump is not like an Evo 1/2/3 Pump, but slightly different in size and shape.

Timing Belt = Dayco 94736
Timing Belt (Balance) = Dayco 94195

Fan Belt = Dayco 4PK650
Belt Fan? = Dayco 4PK0925
Fan-Belt = Dayco 4PK0980

Would be good to get a list going of aftermarket bits we can use/designed for our cars.

Hi there, I'm new to this forum. Chanced upon it while i was searching for RVR aprts. I've got a 97 RVR HSG. I'm after a air con condenser. Does anyone know where I can find one? Plus, will a air con condenser from a nimbus fit? Alternatively, where can I find the part number on the condenser. Been going around trying to find it but no luck. Will appreciate any help I can get, in light of this heat. Cheers in advance!

If you're in a rush I'd just ring around as many Mitsubishi wreckers as you can until you find either an rvr or nimbus. I don't know for sure but I'd say they'd be the same.

They look like the ones. I got my from Supercheap Auto, ordered them in, was about $5 cheaper than meek.
the Pro-Torque code is GJN715 <- that's with the Spark plug seals and half moon seal.

The guy at super cheap was a wanker, said that part number was wrong and tried to sell me something for $195. I said i would just get one somewhere else and walked out haha.
