These guys redrilled my evo rear hubs to 5stud. Great work, did it very fast. Only cost $80 a pair, which is a damn good price IMO.
You will need to provide them an engineering drawing, which I have produced and uploaded it here if anyone needs it-->

They also do misc fabrication with Stainless, Aluminium, etc.
