Just curious to know if anybody from here is located in Mackay?

There are quite a few skylines here.

I'll probably be in the Rocky area today, anybody live around there?

I know there are heaps in Townsville, but thats a bit far North for me...

Even if I did live in Rocky, I wouldn't admit it on a public forum

I was born in Rocky, but had to be brought straight down to Brisbane to have my second head removed (an optional and expensive surgery in those days), and have lived in Brissy ever since (trying to avoid my hillbilly heritage).

I do know some very nice single headed rally guys up there though.

Its stinking hot mate....
The weather is worse than Melbourne!!
One second its raining, the next second its burning hot! then the lightning storms come kicking in....

Ah its fun though, great 4wd roads...
Great view.
Climbing trees and drinking the free coconuts...
Got some crab nets set up, a bit of fishing....

rob, rocky cant be that bad, even though when we drove past, it did stink like crap (sewerage leaked into the floody water.....)

I honestly wouldn't be able to live here though, my dryice to air cooler wont last long enough :lol:
