Glenny car

I have just put a deposit on it so ill give you the power/400m figures for
Glennys car :)

"It ran 12.8 before the 2L was installed"
"now it has ~15-20more awkw"
"was making ~145awkw at that stage"(2ltr first instaled)

"made 162 when I had it retuend in October 04" (on 1.2bar)

Definetly a good purchase as Benno's was definetly one of the better VR4ed GSRs going around.

Haha.. if it was a VR4 I would pay your petrol to come down here to swap interiors with me.. mmm leather... I don't care if it's hot! I don't care!!!!

I know a fair bit about that car over the last 4-5 years actually and have acually worked on it. It's one of the best kept GSR's I've ever seen!!! :D . Back then it was originally the BLESSU GSR (numberplate BLESSU - I still have its 4 page spread in an old Fast Fours magazine ) and owned by Chris Hunt who was president of the Evolution Autosports club in Sydney it used to be a show car and get driven on the track a few times. My friend at the time, Nathan, wanted me to help him find a GSR to buy and luck should have it that Chris was thinking of selling. After sussing out about half a dozen and test driving them, we took one look and drive at BLESSU and agreed it was the best one out of the lot :D . Nathan had since changed a lot of bits over to genuine EVO 3 spec, threw away the Microtech and went Autronic, and has done the Climate control conversion etc as well. I remember, cause I put the whole interior loom in!! lol  Anyway, Nathan was a very meticulous owner with no expenses spared and he looked after that car like a baby. When Nathan wanted to sell it, his best mate Benny jumped at the chance. Benny is the current owner and has continued to look after it since. I dont have much affiliation with Benny, but from what I know of him he's even more meticulous than what Nathan was!! If I was to ever buy a GSR, it would be that one :D

ahh good to hear all that!
I am enjoying it a LOT sofar :)
I Love to get my hands on a back issue of that mag. or maybe a scan of it ;) ?

yeah benny said it had an evo loom in it. now i have to hook up the morrors again :)
whats the advantage of an EVO loom?

first change to the car for me will be a GT35R and all ther other required parts to make the most of that turbo.
