Anyone own a stock CC GSR?

Hi all,

I had the top passenger side engine mount replaced on my CD5A and I am concerned that the mechanc supplied the wrong part. If anyone has a stock 1.8T CC GSR, I'd greatly appreciate some nice pics of the top engine mount that I can show the mechanic. My email is desertfox777 at hotmail dot com. Or if you live in the Sydney metro area, I'd be happy to drop by to take pics with my camera.

best thing i found was to get a new bush and get it pressed in the old one

Thanks. The mount I have does not even have the brackets that hold the hoses in place. The hoses are now loose. Would you have a pic looking at the mount from the top? I'm particularly interested in the gaps on either side of the bush as the clearance on my car seems a bit big, i.e. the bush seems a bit narrow in width.

I was subsequently told the same thing by a different mechanic. But the mechanic that did the install replaced the whole bracket. Unfortunately, I did not ask for the old part.

Yep, found that out too through Mitsubishi and I have raised it with the mechanic that they may have used the equivalent mount for a standard CC Lancer. The mechanic did not use a genuine Miitsubishi mount. At this stage, they believe they have supplied the right part but are open to me sending them pics of the same mount on other GSRs for comparison.

The GSR and the 1.8 CC GLXi mounts are the same... the 1.5 carby mounts are different
