I have been looking for an OEM replacement clutch master cyl (MB555133) for my '88 GSR and whilst searching Amayama it cross-referenced a part number for a 'Non-original replacement' cylinder for a Hyundai/Kia.

https://www.amayama.com/en/search?address=20231&q=mb555133

Has anyone tried using these masters before? I know the guys in the USA are "OEM or die" but you can't look past the $110 difference in price for potentially the same item?

I know that the OEM cylinders say 'NABCO' on them and after a quick google search for the Hyundai/Kia part number of 4161028050 I can't see any that appear to be manufactured by the same company.

Worth the risk or bite the bullet?

Rebuild kit no good? You don't keep a car long enough for it to matter anyway, lol
I vote for the cheap one, but are ya really surprised at my answer,

Im running a ce master in my coupe the only thing special you have to do is run the banjo bolt and clutch line into the cyl before attaching to firewall else it fouls on the brake booster.
