Anyone used Arospeed Cam Gears?

Anyone use Arospeed Cam Gears? i just got my car back from mechanic after fitting some and a few other parts and i drive 220ks home to find out my clear cam gear cover has been burred through by the nuts holding my cam gears in, not real happy as my middle timing cover has also been smashed...
Anyone else used these and found clearance issues? just stressing cos i just paid lots to get shit done and car is not running well at all on top of other things

you could change the bolts to dome hex head maybe? might give a bit more clearance.

have the gears just been set to 0,0? what other mods were done? are they the correct gears?

Not those cam gears in particular but between my old III and the gsr the clear cover does fit different. Had to drill holes in the cover to clear the bolts holding the cam gears on the gsr where as we didn't have to on the III.

All good, workshop is replacing cam gear cover and it seems timing belt tensioner bearing has shit itself, brand new part that was fitted the day before

I had to drill out a hole in the cam cover also after fitting adjustable gears was still only the black standard one

Was almost going to get a clear cover but didn't want to drill it

didnt end up drilling, we just skimmed abit off the bolts and all good now
