Arp main studs and oil pickup

Hi guys,

Has anyone fitted ARP main studs? If so how did you fit the oil pickup?

Preferably enlarge the mounting hole on the pickup OR if time is of the escence just cut the support off. There is enough strength in the tubing and flange with 2 x 12mm bolts to hold it there, nothing should hit it in the sump, it just sits in oil.

enlarge the hole, vibrations may cause the pick up to crack without the brace

i have ARP main studs in my current engine....
id also suggest to enlarge the hole on the brace...
