aus spec 4g93t mpi relay problem

i have an engine from an aus spec 95 gsr and most of the looms sorted but a plug trailing away from the ecu with 8 plugs
a search came up with what i think should be there


other than that i get engine light come on then off
the wipers all work
but no spark or injector clicks when i spin the CAS

would anyone know if this thing does more than turn the fuel pump on and off?

its a twin 4 pin relay, been a while but from memory one side does fuel pump, the other side injector power?

One side is fuel pump (white/red wire?), other is ecu power.
No go without it.

^^ jack is right one side is fuel one side is ecu. it's the same relay found in regular 1.8l injected cc lancers

will find in
cc lancer coupe sedan 1.8l models
cc gsr
evo 1-3
cc wagon
ce wagon

or if your willing to wait i can give you the pin and wire color to replace it with a pair of normal 4 post relays

You need the door trims as well. Or they dont match up.
probably dash loom and well, and console. Its not that easy. Just get a gti cluster, that will briten it up

all sweet plugged in that little magic box and its sparking and injectors are clicking as they should
thanks a heap

ive done a few reshells for it to seem not such a big job to swap a dash, plus the amount of gear ive striped out of this jumbuck i wont need to do half as much work as i normally would

i saw a black jumbuck with a frontmount on the way to getting that relay so i think it was a sign

door trim match it's centre console that doesn't

i realy want to do a jummolution but my folk would kill me if i bought a proton just to spend just as much if not more than my daily on

Pretty sure i put gsr door trims on the ute and the moulding where it meets dash didnt line up. I know i had gsr door trims, and i got rid of them. I would have used them if i could.

jumbuck is different but i can say for certain proton m21 satria are the same as cc coupe

Sedan dashs go in the coupes fine indicating to me that they are the same perhaps its just the jumbuck mounts the cards or dash in a different place than they would in a lancer
