Hey guys just wondering what parts I need and would have to change to convert my GSR into an auto..

Here is my list so far.. Please help!

Tranny
Transfer case
Flex plate
Rear diff

Going from Evo 1 rs manual drive line..

Please add to this and reason why!
Thanks heaps :))

I assume that you are changing the rear diff anyway, as I can't see it makes a difference between manual and auto? You possibly don't need to change the transfer box either. What is the autobox coming out of?

Anyway, you might need a few ancillaries, and I suspect the engine mount on the gearbox side is different. Gear lever and linkage to selector, auto instrument dash, autobox ECU, autobox ECU loom, possibly more?

youll need the tcu the shifter the shifter link (there still a hard link between the shifter and box.) and auto engine loom (the tcu draw signals from the ecu main harness as well as having it's own plugs mixed in amongst it. (unless ofcourse you going a manualized auto then speak to brs vr4 or any of the other auto guys.
pretty much you need everything you could think of for a manual conversion plus the main harness (since in a manual swap you can retain the auto main harness and bypass the trans-lock)

Everything on your list is correct so far.
Also add..
Oil cooler
Engine/trans spacer plate.
Intermediate drive shaft bracket needs spacing out by approx 10mm.
Drivers side trans mount and possibly the firewall mount too.
Shifter and cable
A way to control shifts, if it's a daily I'd wire in a tcu. Otherwise just buy a shift box from somewhere like forced four.

Can you expand on these man...

Yep,
The Engine/trans spacer plate is the plate that is bolted to the block behind the flywheel. thin piece of plate with a hole in it for the starter motor. Auto ones are usually different.
The bracket is the one that bolts the passenger side front drive shaft to the bvlock. It has 2 bolts in it.
The Auto boxes sit the front diff slightly further back so you need to space out the bracket.
your will look a bit different to this one but you should get the idea.
