Just wondering what is the best cleaner to clean my white oz racing rims with
Thanks Dave

Green scotchbrite pads. The thin ones without the yellow sponge. Home Brand Woolies brand is cheap as. Be amazed... be very amazed at the results. No it wont scratch up your mags. Works wonders on alloy or painted rims.

Autoglym wheel cleaner. Expensive but worth it (for white wheels).
Spray on, wait a few minutes, wach wheels go purple, use a sponge or soft brush to wash.
Dont waist your time on any of the above idiots methods.

I had more typo's than that!
wach = watch

Meguiars do have a similar product, it comes in a purple spray bottle. Works great, but I have found that it drys too quickly on the wheel.

I got that same product this afternoon and it works absolutely brilliant my rims where almost a yellow colour to the point I was going to get them powder coated but this cleaned them I'm very happy thanks for the advice

I have used Carpro 'IronX' before and it was amazing. I had to get it sent from USA though, and wasn't cheap.

Don't use scotchbrite on painted or powder coated wheels, I did that to my old white wheels and took all the shine off hahahah

You guys must be thinking of the coarse stuff. Honestly, the thin scotch brite pads don't scratch or take the shine off. They act like a fine polish - you lightly do it.
Ive used it on chrome, alloy and even the factory painted Ralliart Magna wheels and they all came up great with no scratches like new :)
Anyhow Mikey, you probably had old spray can painted wheels and clear coat lol
