Egr is a switched output, not a input. Im more familiar with the gsr, and you will gain a input if you go sd (the baro) you also gain a map, but at the expense of mass air.
you also gain a input if you lock engine temp and use that input.
you gain more features by going to the full version of ecmlink such as programmable outputs. The lite version doesnt allow this.
Im not sure if the 1g gets a full version of ecmlink. But i think the usa 2g ecu has 1 extra input? Im voting the best ecu is a 2g dsm with ecmlink full.
but a e8 ecu has about 2-3extra inputs and a extra pwm output and at least 1 extra switchable output- and the e9 ecu gains another pwm output. But thats with evoscan not ecmlink.
