Hey anyone using blox cams? Or heard good or bad things about them I found them on dsm graveyard

I know alot of the HONDA boys use Blox parts..

Quality wise, looks ok (fuel pressure regs etc)

I haven't seen their cams

What are the specs? And what kind of price are you looking at?

BC/Crower are both relatively cheap for a tried and tested product...

Kelford or Tomei 272s are pick of the bunch if you read Evo M forums. The likes of AMS and Bushur swear by them.

BC much like HKS 272s are very mild cams. Not all 272s are created equal, in fact far from it.

They are regrinds is that a bad thing?

not really. depending how much has been taken off the base circle of the lobe you may need to put shims under the lifters to compensate. If you don't the lifter may not be able to extend far enough to support the rocker arm at all times. removing the hardened surface of the cam lobe is often cited as a problem with reground cams, however this is only an issue for engines which use solid rocker arms - with roller rockers such as ours, it's not a problem.

I run GSC S2's... grind is pretty much identical to Kelford TX272's. I also have JUN272 and Kelford TX280's that I'll do back to back testing with at a later date.
