My opinion:
Lately i've noticed there has been a lot more people joining up, which is good.
There are also a lot of new members asking questions that they haven't searched on and where they are many threads on already.
Also newbies are posting answers to topics that are incorrect to get post counts up.
If it keeps happening we are going to get heaps of threads that go now where, that people will find when they actually 'do' search, making it harder to decipher whats good information.
My suggestion
To allow this forum to grown and keep threads on track, how about a newbie section and more importantly a say 4 week waiting period (or 2 weeks) where new people can only post up in newbie section and start a members rides thread.
People should have to read (search) to get their head around things first, and save the more experienced member always having to waste time to post, "no that's not true".
What will happen is people with the knowledge wont be bother posting up corrections, and the spread of wrong info accelerates.
This will limit legit questions yes, but they can post in the newbie section, and still get a hand if their cars wont run ect.
