Have heard some conflicting reports about them in that they will not flow 1000cc' at 100% DC.
I understand that they are flo tested using Hepthane and that they will flow less with pump fuel ??

IMHO IF the above is correct I would regard that as false advertising as I/WE don't power our cars with Hepthane.

Advice from real experts appreciated.

Realistically, you dont ever want to run any injector at 100% duty cycle as its dangerous and can lean your fuel mixtures on full throttle. Best thing to do is calculate how much flow youre going to need for your setup in cc's, lbs/hr etc and do not exceed say 80% duty cycle of an injector.
If you have used a calculator that told you that you need 1000cc injectors, it should have told you at what duty cycle that was calcukated at. I dont think any injector brand or calc tables advertise a flow rate at 100% DC as you would never tune to 100% DC. If you are cautious you can always step up injector size another 20% just in case.

I understand all that you have said AND have done the calcs and for 5oo hp at the fly on pump fuel @80% DS I need 1000cc inj's

What I need is recommendations from knowledgeable people that know what they are talking about regarding the best brand of 1000cc injectors to buy/use re tune ability etc

I got a set of id1000cc injectors sitting here they prob only did a couple of trips around the block $300 and there yours

Oldie, Bosche injectors are one of the best mate. They are used in the ID series like what 86psi is selling (ID1000).
I had some Power Enterprise 1000cc injectors but sold them around Xmas time. They too are one of the best and have been the injector of choice for many race cars a few years ago.
This is for your 2.6L turbo yes?

Fellas would have bought your injectors but when I did the math and added in the cost of cleaning and testing decided on a new set of ID1000's with all the bits needed to connect to my Bosch harness for $400 delivered
I realize that some had minimal use but still would have had them tested etc for my own peace of mind.

Spoke to my tuner and he said to get the 1000's as they were a good injector.
