bov sugestions

Just wondering what bov's are being used out there.My car is getting tuned in 2 weeks for 24psi and i doubt the standard bov will be up to the job.

I like the part about blowing womens clothes off but I want to stick with plumb back.Gotta get it licensed and i like how its so quiet it doesnt draw any attention

if your tuning to 24psi on a stock vr4 blow off valve, just unbolt the thing and put it into a vice.

Crush the blow off valve which will cause the spring to be at a higher tension.

They are the best option, everyone seems to be using them for big hp applications as they hold boost very well, and are obviously plumbback.

decided to go the turbosmart plumb back.heard a few good reports about them and its all I could get on short notice.Car gets dynoed on wed so Ill let you all know how I go.Thanks for all the help

do you find your bov leaks at idle.Fitted mine today and theres a vacume leak at idle

nope, my car runs fine.. check all the clamps are tight?

its leaking past the valve.you can feel the vacume on your hand where the hose runs for the plumb back

got one of them and took it off they leak!!!!

just bought ssqv which should hold with no problems

I have a GFB Stealth FX... changeable from full plumb back to anywhere in between to full vent at the flick of a wrist Dont ask me how it sounds yet, you'll have to go to the GFB website for that and listen to their sound samples lol
