Last time I pulled it off when it jammed open there was some light scoring on the piston. I hit it with some scotch brite and cleaned and re lubed it.
I'm not sure if this valve isn't just too small and can't handle the boost levels. I might end up having the same issues with the new spring.
Not keen on spending $300 on a brand new valve though...
