Brake Lines

Fellas,

Do 89 Galant GSR brake lines fit J-spec vr4's?

I want some braided lines.. the guy that is going to do them has done an 89 Galant hatch.. if he can make the lines from them it's heaps easier.

Still got ABS? Answer's no.

Without ABS? Not sure.

abs / non abs
i dont think the lines at the wheels differ

the only difference with abs / non abs is in the engine bay where the lines go from the brake master cylinder to the proportioning valve and abs pump

GSR's don't no.

Brake line parts for the GSR are different to the VR4 too. According to Mr. Brakes

most likely right,
gsr's would have the single pots and smaller brake booster / master cylinder

but could possibly be the same as jspecs

as for aus specs, they have a 1" diam piston in the brake master and a bigger booster plus twin pots..

jspecs have smaller pistsons (cant remember the size off the top of my head) and smaller booster also, plus single pots (majority)

but the lines at the calipers with abs / non abs shouldn't matter

but jase, it should fit
just make sure that the calipers are the same style (as in non banjo type like the magna's etc) and also make sure that they are a 2 piece design
