hey all,

Does anybody know the code for the twin pot brake pads on the vr4. my fronts need changing so im looking to do it shortly, i know someone on here works for supercheap.

thanks guys.

they are the same as twin piston tr/ts magna/kr/ks verada
and evo 1-3
tj/tl awd magna (and any twin piston magna too i believe)

rda pad number is 1223-dont know how much help that will be though

its db1223 thats the bendix standard part number. if your brake person cant look it up from that, they probably arent any good.

lol i just started at supercheap and was playing around with the computer today looking at pads:D
Aint hard to find, but i was looking for bendix ultimates just as an example, according to the computer there arnt bendix ultimates (there are the lesser ones tho) for the vr4, but they are listed for the shitty galants. Im sure there would be for our car.
That might be why he doesnt know.

im not saying they dont, just according to the computer at our store. ultimates werent one of the bendix pads our supplyer recon are for vr4 front, there are the other models (lesser ones)

They prob do they make them for us! not sure. just maybe that why ya m8 cant find a vr4 part number, but im sure there is one there eh.

I was considering the next ones up, cant remember the name, saom acronym starting with an "s" i think, meant to not be as dusty. worth about 330, but ya m8 will get 25% off that.

other than that i cant be of any help in regaurds to what good or not.

yeah the ultimate pads arent really worth it. i havent used the new race range of bendix pads, they call the SRT street race and track. ment to be very good, mate uses them and loves them.
personally i like ferodo formulas.
sorry to get off topic. back to the topic.
