Brake upgrade

Hey fellas, has anyone on here done a 4pot front brake conversion on their VR4 or EVO 1-3?

I know that the rear brakes on VR4's and EVO 1-3 dont have provision for the internal drum handbrake setup that the later model EVO's use, so its going to be down to the fronts only....

Apart from the obvious wheel clearance and bracket issues, what other things are there to look for when choosing 4-pot front calipers and disks?

What about brands?

Brembo?
Wilwood?
AP?
Alcon?

check for disc offsets on dba website, then maybe go for wilwood calipers. You can buy undrilled discs, so dont worry about wheel studs.
then just sort out a bracket..is easy ( just check out my brakes...soon to be upgraded again).
