i have heard that proton breaks fit on cc lancer. any one confirm that and confirm which car its from and what i actuallyneed.
if not what mits breaks fit on

Ive been looking into different brands of upgrades for 4x114.3 stud pattern under 15'

who makes a bigger that 2 pot upgrade for under 15's is both Ksport and AP
The AP's being around 7000
and Ksports 11 Inch Procomp Front Big Brake Kit 286mm (11") large ventilated discs (15" wheels required) are around the 3000au mark (waiting on a final price)

Originally designed for rally use as they all use *15" wheels ;)
*I've got 4 sets of OZ rims dont really want to sell 4 sets of wheels just to go to a larger big brake kit and then cop it in the a$$ for tyres.

I know I've had my issue's with Ksport in regards to my coilovers but they have since sorted the issue now (only took 2 years) which is good to see :)

I'll be getting a final price from Ksport on frt set up only in the coming weeks as these are available locally and price is almost half compared to AP units I'm steering towards the Ksport ones.

Ksport have been getting good feed back from Guys in the UK on MLR and have picked up there game here in Australia also, so just have to wait and see.

To run evo1-4 vr4 twin spots you need 15" wheels at a minimum as youve stated cc lancer I gather your car isnt a gsr, you can upgrade using gsr single pots the disc size is alot bigger and you will need to run 14" (minimum)wheels also

sweet. so i'm wanting to get 16' 5 spoke whites. what stud patern are the evo III breaks 4 by 100 or 4 by 110

thats the same as my stud pattern yeah coz i need new rims too... that way i can get wheels this week and breaks next month

are you sure its the same?
GLi stud patterns are 4x100. so double check that mate.

thats what i'm asking...is the stud pattern different. i need to buy wheels to fit the new stud patern

Gli + Proton have 4x100
GSR and Evo have 4x114.3.

I have no idea what car you have nor what you're upgrading too.
More details?

cool. so if i find GLI Proton breaks i wont need knew rims :D so will i just need new calipars and rotors. or the hub too...i've heard the proton breaks fit. is it just the calipar i need or what

i have a cc lancer with a 4g63. wanna upgrade breaks...i need proton GLI breaks. so i nowneed to know which parts. is it just the calipar or the whole hub

You currently have a GL lancer coupe with a 4G63T engine in it... basically you need to upgrade your front BRAKES (also make sure you upgrade your brake booster) with either Proton Satria GTi or Proton M21 (GLI/GL satria would be the same size as your GL brakes)....

Also if you wanted to upgarde your rear drums to disks then you will need the rear control arms/hubs/calipers and handbrake cables from either a Proton GTi or Proton M21....

I'm also prestty sure that Proton Satria XLi/XLS have the front and rear brakes you can use to upgrade your GL brakes

You can find some info here

Yup that is all

If you find a M21 just take the complete front control arms off with the hubs/disks and calipers attached :) makes an easy installation

And make sure you grab the Brake booster/master
