Good tip.unhuman said:I should add something else to consider is that the discs need to be re-drilled to four stud. So I would not recommend this setup for a track car that will be chewing through discs as this would get annoying.
For a weekend only street car though, not really a problem.
When will we be seeing an update on your ride mate!? This has to be one of the more anticipated EVO builds going on out there right now!!runuts said:Custom Wilwood billet superlite 6 piston front and 4 piston rear. Clears enkei Tarmac in 4 stud.
Cost far more than evo brembo, but allows more wheel options. Rear was prob $1500+ more than front
I have SPEED BLEEDERS in my calipers and they are great. I attach a length of hose to them to a container and crack them a 1/2 turn open and pump away checking the hose for new fluid/air bubbles.ENGINR said:Nice bleeder kit. Does that require pedal pumps or can it all be done outside the car by one person?
I have the same kit. But still use the missus or anybody who is able to pump the pedal. Either way. Works really well.OLDIE said:I have SPEED BLEEDERS in my calipers and they are great. No need for the Missus at all or to be told to push harder etc and the neighbors wondering whats happening in my man cave
Hey mate, I'll do an update on here shortly. It's been a long and painful build, even with the enhancements it still has many avenues I wish to pursue when time permits, ie dual mivec, paddle shift etc. how it sits, the plan providing no unexpected work induced commitments, will be having e both the evo 3 and 2 running within the next 6 months,ENGINR said:When will we be seeing an update on your ride mate!?
