buying a evo 8 or 9

hey guys whats my best choise... i'm prob more looking at a evo 8 in 6 speed manual...

if i was to buy one from nsw or Qld, is it hard to get it reg in melbourne/victoria? do i have to do anything different? or its just like buying any other car from out of victoria?

thought with the new laws u cant import them...?

i know of someone who can prob import one for me... but i dont think i would do it myself...
