Ah it was a fun night!
TMAK had 1 run
- killed the clutch
E33A had 2 runs
- wheelspin in 1st / 2ng / 3rd 2.7 60 ft with a 111mph when it eventually moved
E39A had 2 runs
- 1st run 11.2 @ 108mph - hit a cut of some sort, I'm suspecting boost cut as it was so damn cold that my intake temps were -35 degrees C with dry ice
- 2nd run broken tailshaft - I decided to give it a 5k 15psi launch off the line and it didn't move far. The good thing was that the yoke stayed in the xfer case so no oil spillage!
Thanks to TMAK / KAOTIK + Mate / Pheng for helping get the car back on the trailer. We simply pulled the tailshaft off and drove it back on while doing some burnouts trying to get it up on the tandem.
It was a fun night indeed!
Next time
E39A - new drivetrain parts. Will upgrade xfer case to a PAR modified and tailshaft to a DSS alloy + billet axels
E33A - billet axels and slicks/17x9" rims
TMAK - new clutch - new power parts
