There's ANDRA rules which mean that anything running quicker than a 11.99 means you have to comply with all sorts of bullshit rules and regulations which at the end of the day costs $$$$. All for 3 runs over 5-6 hours. I know for a fact that myself and an a few other guys don't intend on racing at Calder... Heathcote is still the best spot and the 'Test n Tune' Sundays aren't ANDRA sanctioned so worries about having to comply for Bob Jane

The ANDRA rules have changed. For cars that are 2006 onward and have 4 airbags etc, don't need cages until 10.50. I know this doesn't help us older Lancer owners.

Shayne, I've been hanging to do this and plan on attending the EvoOz Nats later in the year.
Saving for brake package and spares etc.
I don't have a tow vehicle/trailer and funds to cover when things go wrong...
In time, a track day... Until then I'll stay on the playstation with GT6.

Calder Park on the other hand is a 2 min drive for me.

Hey that's my car. Its a 3076r on pump fuel. Car was running very rich that night and was bogging down off the line. Best 60ft was a 1.86. When I ran 11.7 I couldn't get into 5th gear. Overall it was a terrible night. Should crack a 10 om a good night.

Good driving by you. My calculator says you have a 11.5 in it. And thats probably right if uou get a tenth of the 60' you will cut 2tenths off the et.
You will need 125mph to get into 10s and a good run.
