Call out to brisbane people

Hi all I am heading down to brissy as of this sunday, for six weeks of training with work. It would be great if I could catch up with some of you guys, as I don't know many people in brissy, and as you could understand it can get quite boring living in a motel in the city for six weeks. So if any one is doing any thing remotely interesting over the next few weeks e.g.. Winter Nats at Williobank please let me know

Im staying at a motel called the Soho in the city 333 Wickham Terrace. But I work for QR so can catch the train pretty much any were for free

Electrician in training (4th year). I work at mayne depot at the moment, so i'm smack bang in the middle of the city every day.

Not to sure where the motel is haven't stayed there befor. Belive its not to far from Roma St Station about 400m or so, corner of Albert st and Wickham terrace. Im a 3rd year apprentice Radio Tech, doing my Tafe block at Southbank.

Theres nothing wrong with having a little fun on my QR paid holiday, is there Dane..... :lol:

Oh i'm sure we'll look after him well....might be time to introdice him to the friday afternoon kuraby tavern outing. My tradie introduced me so might be time to introduce a fellow qr employee.

I can certainly think of some mischeif we can get up to, how old are you mate?

It's time to organize the get together. Party will be held at my place, on Saturday, 24th June 2006.

I am thinking along the lines of a BBQ, some drinks just a bit of a get together. Event will be BYO Alcohol, however a BBQ will be supplied.
