You can probably apply for one through the cams website.

Sometimes you can just rock up the events, and sign some papers, pay some cash, and you get a licence for the day. Not sure what will happen at phillip island though


I got mine through a car club, but it needs to be an official club, so if lawrence organises it all soon, you can get a cams license through t4g.

but i wanna check out this cams stuff coz i would be interested to see how my baby goes in a different field. you now booting it not having to worry bout dogs, cats, kids, traffic islands, trees, the curb and oh yeah :roll: cops!!!!

Lawrence needs some more support from members who havnt even voted and commented yet about the club incorporation..which leads to the club being official.

There are 242 members registered: 278 have viewed, 26 have replied, 18 individual members have been on the thread, 15 of theses members have actually voted! And you members wonder why Lawrence gets so pissed off with you all after the amount of effort he has to put into the running of this club with minimal member input AND out of his own pocket to fund this site to keep it running.

I am sorry i have had a go at the majority of you all but i believe that it is warrented as lawrence is at wits end and so close to pulling the team4g.com pin....eg no more forum :evil:

It is not just me, but the other 3 admin/3 mods who are also sick of the non response...

Get to this thread and vote! It is simple, click on the date and write something IF you want to, even if you cannot be there! I am in Townsville and cannot be part of the incorporation due to state laws in vic...i am just stuck as a mod..Look at the thread, vote, comment,show you care, have fun going to cruises, help the club get CAMS offiliated....then you can have your track days.

hye alex,

cams licence's are pretty easy to obtain u would be after a Level 2 speed licence and ur best bet being in langwarrin would be the packenham auto club. they have thier meeting ever 3rd wednesday at the john something hall in the centre of packenham. i will prob go to the net one so u are more than welcome to tag along and bring the cash to sign up.

yeh i have a national rally licence..

they are pretty easy to obtain, specially the 2 licences, that you would need..

but as others have said you will need need to be a member of a cams affiliated club...
