Hey guys.

I bought my Evo 5 GSR a few months ago and it was serviced around 1-2000 kms before I bought it. I've done 2,000kms on the car during my ownership and have decided I want to give it a full service so I can keep records from now of what is in it and when exactly fluids were replaced, and maybe increase fuel efficiency as it's just terrible on fuel.
I top up atleast $40 each time I fuel up which at $2.31 per litre gets me 17.2 litres of 98 which on a bad day gives me only 70kms of driving and on a good day I'd be lucky to reach 100kms, so looking to hopefully increase this a little.
My car is making 260kw @ 22psi (have supporting mods) which is the boost I run daily (need a boost controller ASAP to reduce this!). I don't track, I usually just cruise in it with the occasional boost.

So would like to buy fluids that'll suit my situation. Not looking to buy really expensive fluids such at Motul 300v etc, but that being said I only want to use quality stuff in my Evo.
Have made a list of the stuff I'll need to change and have roughly found some stuff I may buy but want all your opinions first as you guys have much more experience with these cars.

Spent hours researching the fluids but couldn't find much so decided to come post here. Thanks in advance for your help.

You will need to change the actuator to lower the boost....a boost controller will not go any lower than the actuator psi rating. A boost controller is normally used to increase boost.

I'm running an external wastegate. So would I reduce the spring in the wastegate to the lowest boost I'm going to run and then set a boost controller with the low and high settings?
