So I've modified a spare 93t rocker cover to fit AN-10 breathers to it and have also modified my catch can to have the same size fittings. I've been meaning to open the system up like this for a while as I'm running big boost now.

The fittings have been welded on and I've degreased and flushed the cover 3 times now but noticed I was getting chunks of old oil falling out of the baffles with the last flush. I've seen posts online where people have removed the baffles to clean underneath them but to be honest I don't like the idea of drilling the spot welds out and having to re weld or add screws.

I was thinking about soaking the cover in diesel to loosen any remaining crud that might be left in there and give it one last good flush with hot water. Can anyone recommend any other cleaners that might do a better job?

I had this cover on my old setup so I know it's just dried up Motul 10w 40 that's collected and has been sititng.

I figured Diesel because it contains mostly Kero and that way I could let it soak and soften.

Carby Cleaner might be the go.

CT-14. Use it neat, no water. Swish it all around and scrub the stuff you can see with a toothbrush or soft wire brush, let it sit for a while, but not overnight. I found using this stuff like this made the insides of my covers come up cleaner than what an ultrasonic clean did.

Edit: CT-14 not 16
