Got some questions regarding compression/rebound adjustment.

Do you set the front and rear the same :?:

Setting suggestions for tarmac? Obviously Firmer, Do you dial to max?

Settings for off/road gravel conditions? softer?

you dont want to stiff for tarmac either, ruts and bumps in the road will un settle the car if its too stiff, infact the settings between gravel and tarmac wouldnt be that diffrent..

maybe start with a base setting then work from there.

maybe try a midrange setting and see if you can feel if it is too
stiff or too firm and adjust from there.

just wright down your changes for a while until you can get
a better feel for the adjustments

Which are you setting in particular...

If you want the car to be ridgid as shit then wind the bound right up...if you just want to accommodate for a tight ride with no bounce then its the rebound you want wound up..is it just one dial at the top that does both at the same time...?

As in they both are hard..or both are soft?

There K-Sports,
1 dial does both,
Just got em in, no time to really test em yet, only 30 min drive in rain. (I couldn't help myself) Car hanged on like on rails, fresh tyres.

32 levels of adjustment, althought there is no indication of what level, the dial just reads S & H.
Anything over 1/2 towards firm (H), ride is firm as shit ( your girl won't be impressed), but for the road set them somewhere close to softest there very comfortable.

Im going to try touch firmer on the back going for a bit more oversteer, as much as possible in an AWD.

As you turn the dial it simply changes the size of the valving orrifice in the piston/shim stack. So if youd like it stiff, you probably will end up skipping a little more, and in the rear it will probably equate to more of a tendency for oversteer.

Be warned though..open diffs and 4WS are an arsehole of aid when trying to slide a VR4..its not the best car for it,on wet road,it'l snap on you if your not carefull..

But anyway...at least youve got adjustability,if the roads are garbage around your way, your better off with them set soft..its much easier on everything.
