Ok guys.
Dont shoot me down in flames if this stuff is scattered throught the VFAQ's in various places..I think this would prove to be real helpfull for alot of us..and theres alot of smart people with good info on this site..some good brains out there. What i would like to do is gather all the info on the differences in drivelines..namely R.S to a Normal Vr4..Could prove very helpfull when it comes to conversion time. When i say R.S,i guess im really speaking for a SuperVR4,MonteCarlo Vr4,Evo 0 as well.I am also aware that there were some difference between an early (prefacelift) R.S and a latter (facelift) one..From what i understand though, the earlier R.S Had a Normal Vr4 driveline (3 Bolt and 3.545 Ratio)

The info i have put into the chart regarding R.S came from a Facelift Black car that had a W5M33 3.909 Box,276mm brakes with twin pots,Bonnet vents, and an extra piece of grill in the front bar in front of the intercooler,Full aircon, power everything, larger intercooler and piping..so it was probably an E 0 or a Super Vr4,but mechanically it should be the same as an R.S
If im wrong then let me know.i dont know if its LSD...if you know then please tell me.
thanks

SO

If your sure of it then copy and paste then add it in..Or P.M me and ill add it to the post.
I will leave the ones I'm unsure of in ittalics with Question marks.Im not real computer litterate..so if theres a better layout etc.. feel free to clean it up and add etc..suggestions and so on.
Could when finished perhaps become a sticky..

So add away...

non Evo0 spec RS vr4's (both pre and post facelift) were available, and had 3.545 final drive, no 4ws, plate type rear lsd with 3bolt axles (I have fitted this type of differential to my own vr4).
