Check it out, the person has 0 feedback, brand new to ebay and is selling a ignition barrell with key, sounds odd.

Like who whould buy a ignition barrel with key, that means when someone buys this item, they will have to change door locks too ??

I reckon this is similar to all the stolen evos

alot of s14s are being wrecked lately cos of the drifters etc.. so its not uncommon to see imported s14s..

its not an mmc barrel..

how about that s15 that got stolen a while back when some guys went to test drive it and drove off with it...?

oh but its s14..

can you just imagine what the bad result could be.

Seller makes a duplicate key, sells item, buyer fits into s15, buyer gets car stolen and use the duplicate to steal the car. its so easy what they can think of.

Its a possible scenario of what criminal car stealers can do, even thou its at a $5 dollar mark or so, who knows he could probably break in and rive off with the buyers s15 car.

Exactly! Seen it happen with a local wreckers when i was living in Warrnambool! Same reason i replace the door and garage locks in any rental property i live in. Maybe it's a bit over the top but i've been broken into too many times with no sign of forced entry and sick of trying to explain that to my insurance company!
